It is built around the Mediterranean way of eating: real, seasonal food, cooked simply, the way people have eaten well around this sea for generations. You eat better, with food you already love. What you get: A Home that follows your day: five meals from breakfast to dinner, with the next one in front of you. Mediterranean and Greek recipes by category, each with fresh ingredients, clear steps, seasonal picks and full nutrition values. Every ingredient comes with its photo. Your Mediterranean score. A short weekly self-check that shows how close your week was to the Mediterranean pattern, with a streak to keep you going. A smart shopping list. Add the ingredients from any recipe with one tap. Items merge automatically and group by supermarket aisle, and your past lists stay in your history. The season on the plate. What is fresh each month and how to cook with it. Favourites, full Greek and English, Sign in with Apple and a guest mode. With HealthBites+ you also unlock: Emmanuella's Table, a monthly letter from Dr Emmanuella with recipes and clear, science-based guidance on the Mediterranean way of eating. The Season on the Plate, a monthly seasonal almanac. New exclusive recipes added every month. Dr Emmanuella Magriplis's work is about healthy wellbeing and good nutrition. The app does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.
