I have tried on every iteration of this app to create an account, and it has rejected some part of my information every single time. It is the most useless app I have ever downloaded, and it has only ever served to increase my blood pressure due to complete and utter frustration with the total lack of access to any of the information. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Seems as though locations are contracted daily or weekly, or right around when the procedure are supposed to take place that way you paid for all the forced check ups and doctor visits just for the free location to move in which that doctor of course doesn’t have privileges at so you get to start and pay for the process again. Very Scam like process. I’m sure the messaging people are just doing their job but when a place is no longer offered less than a month after confirming and then when you switch to a different location the original is back the next month raises all the red flags. Not that insurance has ever been trustworthy or helpful in general for anyone and is mostly just money making option for crooks to begin with. You would just hope the people behind desk messaging you would actually be there for your health. Just shows further why the US has some of the worst health numbers in the world and another category we fall behind in the rest of the world. Good job!
