I checked my phone number is correct but it’s not sending a confirmation code. I hit resubmit, no code and now I’m just stuck on the Enter Verification screen

Actually this app is a life saving! No matter where are you living, a quick look up will tell you in which part of the town you can find a practitioner. Highly recommended.

Requested to download this app by phishing text pretending to be my hospital. I had been waiting for an appointment with outpatients and stupidly clicked the link. Disingenuous advertising - bad Healthengine! Fool me! Don't click on links in texts no matter how legit you think they are. Who knows what information the phishes got....

Great for booking doctors and other health providers

Very difficult to find booked appointments.

The new update to log in doesn’t work. You enter your phone number to receive a text and it responds with an error. Cannot log in and cannot book an appointment

This App is efficient and effective. Has not crashed or caused any issues at all. Very professional. Would like to see more services come on board. Perhaps dentists/optometrists etc can also specify health ins providers. Well done. Most impressed.

Really annoying after each booking it bombards you with either wanting to check for health insurance products, or asks you if you want to get a hearing test done. Always click no, but then goes back to asking you again every time you make a booking regardless of what sort of booking you make. You’re unable to switch it off either. If I wanted to look at comparing new health insurance policies or looked at getting a hearing test, I’d specifically go looking for them through the app. I don’t want to be asked to do anything after I book an appointment.
