### *---- "Useless, widgets do not synchronize unless you open the app"
UPDATE: App doesn’t even sync AT ALL with Apple Health in some categories like dietary energy. Absolutely useless, I immensely regret buying this app.

I’m gonna be blunt, I only use the app because of the widgets. Apple Health doesn’t have widgets so this is the next best thing. But it is infuriating to have paid for this for the widgets, and then I STILL need to open the app so they synchronize. Sometimes it works fine, but more often than not the widgets don’t show my exercise minutes or my  dietary energy until I open the app. What’s the point then? Apple health has most of the things this one has, so if I wanted to constantly open an app to check my nutrition/exercise stuff, I would have just kept using Apple Health. Widgets need better and faster synchronization because it’s pointless to use this app when I have Apple Health.
