It says 4 messages where are the messages? Since I have paperless? I am unable to click on messages.
They apologize a lot when messaging them about lack of follow through and also ‘escalate’ approval requests for medical support when there is proof of communication. So it has been 10 business days and I still have not received a word about my approval. Highly suspect their customer service is sourced to another country.

People doesn’t know English, or they are completely not aware what they’ve been speaking of. Canceled my subscription without any notice. It was auto payment. THINK MILLION TIMES BEFOR GOING THROUGH THIS SCAM.
I once was able to see my Explanation of benefits on the website and now the website doesn’t allow it! It’s very frustrating! In addition in order to use the website I have to long in twice, it’s not user friendly!
Why can’t I make a payment on the app ? Why would it have a pop saying that multiple windows are open when that’s untrue ?
App login broken often. It takes five minutes to get someone on the phone who spends all the time apologizing for taking all your verifying info over and over. Search filters to find a doctor are useless. People on the phone have very poor English. They are trying to be polite but it comes off over solicitous and 80% of the time they can’t help. When you ask for a supervisor they leave you on hold. If you ask to have supervisor call you back the original nearly useless original support person calls back three times to leave you on hold again. It’s like someone is getting rich using overseas $1/ hour call center. I’m looking for different insurance that knows how to run their business.
Won’t let you sign in
It never lets me log in, if it does then I can never pay my bill. Who has 40 min to sit on the phone and pay a bill each month??
Stay far away from this company especially if you’re pregnant or planning on having a child. They randomly cancelled my families insurance and have created a cluster mess of errors that for some reason I have to fix their incompetence. The app is great if you’re an already existing member, if you’re a new signup the app doesn’t help. You are much better off paying out of pocket and going bankrupt or starting a go fund me than using Healthfirst. The fact that they can continue doing business the way do shows what a horrible path this country is on.
