Yeah this is a quality app, definitely worth the money. Started using it to get my Apple Watch workout runs into Strava, but nowadays it’s much more than that. Love the widgets it has, the training load, and all the extra metrics the App has to offer 👍

Seems to pull lot more “cohesive” pieces of data together, than what is currently managed by the Health app. Also I really liked the effort put by the dev towards documenting known issues. It helped me at least once. I am not much familiar with calculated health terminologies though. This is a possible improvement area because there can at least by an indication against numbers to say whether higher is good or a lower value is better. I appreciate inclusions of detailed knowledge articles, but I don’t understand anything under training load! Also why don’t numbers change when modifying time range in Statistics (while the graphs clearly change)? And finally can it be indicated (using signals/ flags) whether my recent numbers are better than my previous workout or if I underperformed
