The app is so unstable

This app works when it wants to work and it’s a constant prayer it does not fail when it is needed. The current issue I have is I have to manually log into the app each time I exit or shut it down. As in literally type my email and password. Sometime it doesn’t let me pick up a shift. The engineering team need to do a lot more.

App keep logging me out and auto assign features not working

The synchronisation with iOS calendars doesn’t happen and you’ve taken away any note function for the calendar within the app so can’t see at a glance why you can’t work in a particular day. The all day availability should mean that I’m available for either day or night shift but according to support staff it doesn’t. You can’t access your payslip from it neither does it have a print function. As time goes by each iteration has made the app more unfriendly which is a shame because it used to be good. There’s a lot to be said for “keeping it simple stupid”.

App keeps crashing when you try to contact support team

The app is not working well. The live chat keeps crashing when ever you try to chat with a member of staff. Please resolve as soon as possible.

I don’t get notifications through my iPhone after the new update. Can this be fixed

This new app is very worse Ever since I updated my app notification isn’t been working I regret updating it Nonsense app

Very understandable and easy

Ever since the new upgrade my notifications stopped coming on my phone it just stays on the app and this has made me lose out on couple of jobs like the scarcity of shifts are not frustrating enough.
