I used the app at TTSH not knowing that I have to print the hard copy, at registration, to have my weight and BP taken. As a result, I waited for 30 minutes passed my schedule before the nurse informed me I must re-register for the purpose said before I can see the doctor. Wasn’t this process thought through when u digitised? I have stopped using the apps when I visit TTSH for my medical appointments. The manual process still reign supreme.

For years, there is no way I can get a single appointment slot for my parents or myself. But when I called the polyclinic, they always have a slot for me. A ridiculously pointless app that does not serve anything.

Everything returns a 404 error now uhh

Booking feature needs some urgent improvement. You type all the details and the only feedback is a small in app message that the request has been sent. After that it just goes into a black whole, no email or text confirmation no way of seeing/checking if there is any progress, nothing. Didn’t hear back for 6-days so called the hotline and got the appointment within 15min. If that’s the case just turn off the app and increase staff in the call centre. 0 efficient gains/automation achieved and just disappointed and angry client. Please do better and start listening to your UR/UX team as I am sure they are aware of these shortcomings.

No notifications related to queueing status are sent after registration in polyclinics and hospitals. What if the patient is in a toilet and does not know his queue is coming?

Have been having errors since Friday, after updated the app, the errors still there. Was sick and need to book appointment for Polyclinic, end up keep giving me errors message, errors until all appointments being take up, damn!!!! Lousy app🤬🤬🤬

i tried and tried and tried multiple times when i wanted to see my injection record not the first time i got this experience

Should add paynow function too for everyone’s convenience. 👍👍👍

Hi Developer, Not sure what happened to the apps after log in Singpass several times to the apps it does not allowed me to view my children appointment date.
