FOR CLIENTS:

When you work with a wellness provider that uses Healthie, you’ll receive an invitation to create a Healthie account. The email that you use to create this account will allow you to log into your client portal from the web, or the Healthie mobile app. Together, you and your provider will be able to share data, and work together in real-time.

While your provider will personalize your experience, here are some of the features that may be part of your care:

- Book appointments
- Fill out forms
- Launch video calls
- Message with your provider
- Log your meals
- Make notes of your mood or progress
- Track your activity both manually and by bringing in data from the health app using the HealthKit API integration

Once again I’m forced to use this app because a doctor switched to it. Can’t sign on. Can’t read the screens because the format doesn’t fit. I use my phone. Make an app for a phone! Make an app that works for patients! I cannot communicate with my doctor because the app is frustrating.

This company will tell you insurance covers you at 100%,  then send random multiple charges after you reach out to question.  They never respond to your emails for billing. No actual person to call for billing. “All handled through email” will be disputing charges and filling with BBB.  Shame on this company for being shady.

### *---- "Goals and Activities are unusable"
I’m helping my friend become a wellness coach, and we’re using this app. But as the “client,” I find it completely useless. 
First goals. You can set up a “daily” or “weekly” goal, but then when you go to mark it complete for the day, it stays marked “complete”! Meaning, the next day you go to mark it, it is already completed. You did it: you completed the goal. On the other hand, even when the goal is marked as complete, you will still get notifications to complete the goal. You can set up subgoals, but seriously I refuse to set up a daily meditation goal for EVERY DAY when I have another habit app that will do it automatically. 
Now activities. The website makes it sound like you can mark the duration of your activity, but you can’t. You can only mark “intensity”. Tell me, how do I mark the intensity of meditation?
There are other unusable aspects, but these two are the worst.

Response times are slow. I frequently can’t add my activity. When I scan something and it’s in the system it’s frequently not the correct information. Calories are off by a small amount.

I lost access to my account since their major update. I contacted support no response. I spent $400 on these meal plans and support can’t even reply. Very disappointed. Delete app immediately if you haven’t already because it’s useless if you can’t get access to your account.

I do not post reviews. I have had this app for about 6 months and it is useless. It takes forever to open, freezes and fails. I am a nurse practitioner and would like to open just to see upcoming appointments and it makes it impossible to even review quick information under appointment. Awful.

I agree with several others ………. how can you not have landscape view an option when a huge proportion of the world operates with an i-pad.  I HATE this app for that reason alone, let alone all the “updates” that just seem to increase the number of “bugs” you deal with while nothing new is added.

The ideas are correct but the actual functionality and UI is atrocious. Way worse food tracking than other apps in terms of existing food library. It's slow and cumbersome to add your own and very easy to enter things incorrectly
