With this release, you can now schedule and manage appointments for your comprehensive wellness checks with our team of medical experts, review and manage your health records and achieve your health goals with care plans curated to fit your needs and your lifestyle. 
How it works:
Appointment Scheduling:   Schedule appointments for over 40 diagnostic tests at your own convenience and reduce the wait time that is inevitable when you attempt to schedule with regular diagnostic centers. What’s more, your results are released in less than 1 hour!
Medical Review/consultation: Take charge of your health by reviewing your health data with a Doctor after your tests. Ask questions and get insights into the way your body works. Track your improvements over time with your health data easily accessible from your Mobile Phone.
Health maintenance: After you have gone through the free post-check consultation with our Doctor, you receive a personalized plan that covers your nutrition, lifestyle, sleep, supplements, and exercise. Each plan is curated specifically for you and is designed in the most effective way to improve your health and overall wellness. Our care plans have been tested to help in the reversal of chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes, as well as improve overall well-being.
Follow up: Engage in regular feedback sessions that help our hands-on medical personnel give you advice and the necessary support to improve your health and lifestyle on your health journey.

This has really simplified how I see my health. Have always wanted to do a full body health checkup, but had no visibility on how to go about it, and hospitals are really stressful. Healthlane changed it for me. Did all 78+ tests from blood, urine, heart, cancer, diabetes, hormones check all under an hour. Doctor gave me a personalized plan. Learned how to eat healthy, type of exercise to do and got on supplements. Will repeat 2-3 times a year
