I still got further questions but the online customer relation officer ended our conversation. When I chat back with them, they send another personnel and I need to re-explain the whole grandmother story. Terrible experience

Their system ask me to retrieve login otp from the previous company that I left 6years ago. Thank god I manage to rmb my password or else can’t login at all

Overall the app is good, but looks like there are too many Material themed UI element on this iOS app

Responsive and easy process from the beginning to end.

The data between the App and the clinic portal is not synced. As the App shows rm500 balance of credits, the clinic’s portal is only showing rm380. It is lucky that I did not go for the higher cost treatment, else i have to fork out my own money. Please fix this.

I have issue to login last time, then i have reset my password. I wanted to login again few weeks later but i still cannot login. I have email this problem but no response.

Is easy to use and love the claim system .

As an employee I should receive an notification every time I check in to clinic panel and APPROVE it or REJECT IT, What if the clinic panel over charge me with even my approval!!!

It’s supposed to be on standby like other apps but every now and then it will just log out.

Like title mentioned, please resolve the issue
