รอหมอกว่าจะโทรมายังต้องมารอยาอีก

ช้ามากช้ากว่าตรวจปกติอีก

แอพยังมีอีกหลายอย่างให้ปรับปรุง ใช้งานง่าย ได้ดีขึ้นไปอีก เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นที่ดีครับ

Feature ดีขึ้นมาก โดยเฉพาะเรื่องดูยาและเอ็กซเรย์ อยากให้สามารถดูภาพได้มากกว่านี้

รบกวนแก้ไขด้วยครับ หรือมีอะไรแนะนำมั้ยครับ ดูผลตรวจสุขภาพไม่ได้ครับ ขอบคุณครับ

แอปไม่ส่งรหัส OTP

ไปตรวจสุขภาพมา และเลือกรับผลตรวจทางแอป กดสมัครและยืนยันตัวตนทางอีเมลแล้ว แต่พอจะเช็คผลตรวจสุขภาพ แอปไม่ยอมส่งรหัส OTP มาให้ ก็คือดูผลไม่ได้ 🙄 กดไปเป็น 10++ ครั้ง จึงโทรไปแจ้ง call center ของ รพ. พนง. บอกแต่ว่าต้องให้ทีมแอปตรวจสอบก่อน อาจจะใช้เวลา 2 อาทิตย์ รู้งี้รอฟังผลเองก็คงจบไปแล้ว ไม่โอเคมากๆ แอปควรปรับปรุงให้มีความพร้อมก่อนจะเปิดให้ลูกค้าโหลดมาใช้งาน

ลงทะเบียนไม่ได้ OTP ไม่ส่ง

ลงทะเบียนไมได้ ไม่ได้รับ OTP Dev ตรวจสอบ API ที่เรียกไปหน่อย หรืองบ OTP หมดแล้ว :( :(

สะดวกดีแล้ว พัฒนาเรื่องข้อมูลจะยิ่งดีขึ้นอีกค่า

ดีสะดวก ใช้งาน แต่ถ้าเพิ่มข้อมูลที่เป็นประโยชน์เช่น เวลาจอง หรือมีการนัดแพทย์ น่าจะบอกชั้น บอกตึก ตรงข้อมูลนัดหมายหน่อยค่า อย่างพญาไท 2 มีสองตึก ที่จอดก็มี 2 ตึกขึ้นลงลำบาก จะได้เลือกจอดถูกต้องค่า

อยากให้ใช้กับเปาโลเกษตร ได้

ปัจจุบันข้อมูลผลตรวจสุขภาพของโรงพยาบาลเปาโลเกษตร ยังไม่สามารถดูได้ 2023/12/3
