2. Select "Video Consultation" and select which doctor your would like to speak to
3. Consult with your doctor. (If you have booked an appointment, you will receive a reminder 15 minutes ahead of time)
4. Make payment and your medication will be delivered to you

Can’t retrieve info from Singpass

Message shown after consent given: “Failed to sync with Myinfo. Reason: Invalid Access Key or Secret Key”

Update payment issue

Updated 2 times for payment method. Deducted $1 each time. But never update the info. Keep showinh pending action.

Beware adding payment

Got charged twice for payment authorization and never receive any refund despite the app claiming that it will be instantly refunded.

Can’t even use it

Downloaded and filled up particulars detail but it cannot capture my attempts to upload my photo of identification via camera or gallery. Really useless then.

assumes your family only constitutes to son and daughter

wanted to book a tele consultation for my mum. turns out the only profile i can put is my “son” and “daughter”?! what kind of dumb restriction is this?

Please fix the app

Did not manage to book an online consultation as it kept asking me to complete profile even though I already did and authorized my card trice. Gave up and deleted the app.

Lots of bugs

Although the booking and consultation went well, the app have numerous bugs such as unable to view history consultation and I couldn’t even view or download my MC. I don’t even know how much was charged, only after I see my credit card transactions. Please fix it.

Horrible service

Neither physical or digital invoice provided despite request, no responses via email either

Location Permission Issue

I can’t make any appointment due to a silly but important issue: location permission. While this app never requests for location permission (so technically we can’t provide it), an error keeps popping-up everytime I try to make an appointment, “Please enable location services to see online doctors”. I really want to give the app the access to my location, but the app itself never requests it. It asks only access to camera/video. Already checked my iOS setting’s location services, but this app doesn’t appear in the list of apps asking for location services, so again, we can’t give it the access.
