GP consultation following initial blood screening arranged by E Wise - GP asked ‘why are you calling?’
He was ‘in the dark’ as to why the consultation was booked. Eventually worked out that it was to review blood screening. Sadi “some levels do not appear normal / some data not received from lab. Advise go to hospital!”
I am fit & well - just joined E Wise as a precaution.
Currently in France on ski vacation… 
I think a second opinion on my return to UK will suffice!

As a driver, this is such a good helping hand, to have GP appointments whenever you need them, especially when being so far from home with unsociable hours. The universal prescription service and an all round easy experience. 
Worth every penny, with great GP staff also.

The app instruction says there should be a join option that didn’t appear and if the GP can’t reach you, they will call the number on the profile, which didn’t happen either.

Trying Aviva next, see if they’re any better.

Had this app about 7 months and it was great at first but now I can’t get logged on with my membership number, name and date of birth?  Seems to be a lot of people in the same position?

Can you please fix Face ID ? I tick the box to activate it but when I next login it requests the details manually, which is a pain.

I hate this app as there as so many bugs and glitches 
1. The Face ID only works intermittently so you have to find your username which is another number to find (ie not your policy number nor your email address)
2. The appointment booking system errors repeatedly. Third attempt managed to get the appointment booked, just by repeating exactly what I was doing before. 
3. My health check results - where are they???  No way of finding any information about where they are. 
Some of these issues are so basic. Please sort them out

Great app, but even though it asks you if you want to use face id to open the app, it still asks you to manually to put your account id and password.

Set faceID but it still logs me out each time.
Video consults work sporadically, often don’t work. App doesn’t notify GP as stated, so he thought I was not showing up. Trying to book other consultations, not working. So all these “benefits” don’t work. The “health check” failed some of the tests and the consultation was very superficial.

Experienced some difficulty in accessing the App when trying to log on in my name whereas the app needed to access via the joint membership details .
With the patient help of the SqareHealth rep I successfully logged on and arranged an appointment for 1 Hour later.
Matter now progressing  via helpful and supportive consultation and I do not anticipate any further problems.
