The ingredients are supposed to be metric also,but what on earth are 5 tablespoons of butter, how do you Americans measure your butter?  Melt and then measure it in tablespoons, I don't think so!!!! Agree about the difficult to get ingredients but I plan to substitute whatever I think appropriate or approximate.
