## Healthy Kitchen Reviews in United States

### *---- "⚠️ Warning to anyone considering this app ⚠️"
EDIT- I did NOT sign up through google or anything else of that sort! I signed up for the free trial and the app creators Claire Hodgins social media since she has a link I her account for the app. I’d me more than happy to share the screenshots I took of my requests. The lack of accountability is astounding. And you did not send me any emails with any apologies. And because of your horrible response I’ll be reporting this to the BBB

I was really interested in this app and wanted to try the 1-week free trial before committing to a plan. When I signed up, it said I’d get a verification email but nothing ever showed up. Thinking it might just be a glitch, I tried signing up again, and once again, no email. That plus the fact that I could log in without any kind of trial “verification” was a HUGE red flag.

I immediately canceled the trial and deleted my account, but when I tested logging back in, I still had full access. I sent multiple support tickets the SAME DAY explaining that I canceled and didn’t want to be charged, and asked for confirmation. No response. No email. Nothing.

Then, surprise surprise I check my bank account today and see a charge anyway. I’ve already disputed it with my bank since it’s clear no one is actually managing cancellations or customer support.

🚩 If you’re thinking about downloading this app, be careful. The “free trial” feels like a trap, and the lack of communication or accountability is beyond sketchy.

### *---- "Charged me for a full year but wouldn’t let me use app"
I was really excited to try out this app so I picked the 7 day free trial. It said there was an error with my purchase and to please try again. So I tried to do the 7 day trial again. It said I was already subscribed, but wouldn’t let me move past the purchase page. I then got a notification that my card was charged $59.00 for a full year’s subscription. If I cancel it, I still have access until September of 2026, but either way it won’t let me move past the “subscribe” page. I just paid $60 for an app I can’t use when I was trying to do a free trial.

### ***** "Great recipes"
I love this app. The recipes are delicious and healthy!
-- bethhuck12, 2025-08-23

### ***** "LOVE this app!"
I have been looking for a way to get organized with meal planning, I came across the Healthy Kitchen app and WOW where has this been all my life! The recipes are all so delicious and I like that the ingredients are simple and easy to find in any store. All of the meals have been absolutely delicious but also really healthy and family friendly. I save money at the grocery store because I am only buying what I actually need. This app has made meal planning and cooking so much easier!

### ***** "Great for a Busy Lifestyle!"
I normally don’t leave reviews for apps but need to for this one. It is life changing! For my busy lifestyle, it is hard to create a meal plan weekly and also find recipes that have the macros available. This app helps with both. It’s so easy and flexible to switch out meals if you want something different. And every meal is 10/10 amazing! Meal prepping and counting macros isn’t a chore anymore thanks to this app!

### ***** "Love the Healthy Kitchen app!"
This app has been absolutely game changing in how I plan my meals. Makes healthy eating easy!
-- Oakstone99, 2025-07-11

### ***** "Be Aware"
The owner offers a FREE 7 day trial, but goes ahead and charges you for a 1 year subscription at $69 after only trying the App for 2 days. They ignore your email, posts in comments on Claire’s posts and messenger.

### ***** "My Go-To Cooking App!"
After a difficult experience with food poisoning that left me anxious about cooking and eating… I was hesitant to get back into the kitchen. But discovering PLANNED has been a surprisingly comforting step in my healing journey. The clear instructions, focus on fresh ingredients, helped me rebuild trust in preparing meals at home—one safe, simple EASY RECIPE at a time.

A clear step-by-step instructions, easy navigation with BEAUTIFUL RECIPE PHOTOS gives me inspiration to cook at home. The flavors of the food are like restaurant quality! This app make it nearly impossible to mess up a dish, even for a beginner like me! I love the search filters—being able to narrow down recipes by dietary needs, prep time, and available ingredients is a huge time-saver!

One feature I really appreciate is the shopping list integration. It automatically adds ingredients from recipes, which makes grocery trips way more efficient. I've also started using the meal planning calendar, which has helped reduce food waste and saved me money.

Highly recommend for anyone who loves to cook or wants to start eating healthy and at the same time save money!!

### ****- "Planned"
Planned makes meal planning easy! I love not having to think about what to cook every night and the variety of meals to choose from! There are only a few things I would change about the app overall, which has nothing to do with the delicious recipes! Those being: having the grocery list update if you change a meal out, having the grocery list save after you close out of the app (if you check things off and then close, those checks disappear) and not having the meal plan pop up every time you open the app if you’ve already added it for the week! Those few minor changes would make this app a 5 star for me!

### ***** "Healthy, delicious, and fast"
I am very happy with these recipes! I am always on the hunt for healthy recipes, but was drawn to these because they are fast and taste great. I also love how the weekly meal plan uses some similar ingredients across meals, so you can save money and also not waste food. I am thrilled with the weight I have lost so far, and love the high protein component of the meals.
