## Healthy Life Description
DAILY HEART RATE MONITORING IS AN EFFECTIVE WAY TO PROTECT HEART HEALTH AND LIVE HEALTHIER LIFE.

Healthy Life is a convenient application that comprehensively cares for your heart health. Personalized analysis and healthy life are within reach.
In this app, you can keep track of your vitals - measure your pulse, record blood pressure and oxygen level, and view long-term trends which are all in one place for easy access.

It is recommended to take multiple measurements throughout the day to ensure accurate measurements, especially when you wake up in the morning, before going to bed, and after you finish exercising.

Key Features:
* No device but your Phone is required! The accuracy has been verified by professional experiments.
* Detect the pulse anytime you like during the day, especially before and after physical activity.
* Track the trend of heart rate to better understand your overall physical condition.
* Log your blood pressure, oxygen level, and body temperature to help you stay in good health.
* Export your personal health report and share it with your physician at the checkup.
* Eat a heart-healthy diet, take heart risk tests, and meditate with a guided course.

-How to Use-
Put one of your fingers on the back of the camera.
Keep still and start to detect your pulse.
Do not move your finger until the measurement ends.
Wait for a while to get the result.

-Health Disclaimer-
Healthy Life is NOT INTENDED FOR MEDICAL USE, and can only be used for fitness purposes.
Healthy Life is a source of general health information, not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Healthy Life can only detect heart rate, but not blood pressure or oxygen level.
The measurement may make the camera lens get too hot.

### *---- "10top ways"
