## Healthy Mummy Reviews in Australia

### ***-- "Timers in work outs"
Timers in workouts turn off with the phone screen lock & then the workout is erased
-- i can't tell you ok, 2025-03-30

### *---- "Sign up no good or the app isn’t"
Signed up paid me fees selected seven days free and it went unlock any of the meals keep telling me I’ve got a select another one not paying twice
-- jud hatt, 2025-03-13

### ***** "Love this for meal planning!"
Not only is it good for if you’re trying to loose weight, it’s good for lifestyle changes and just eating good nutritious food. I love that it can plan a whole week for my family and give me a shopping list too!
-- furygiryu, 2025-01-29

### ****- "Great app (just a few tweaks needed)"
This is a great app that really helps keep you motivated. It has plenty of meal options that are actually really really tasty. The workouts are really good. The ability to meal plan is really good. The app has so much flexibility which is amazing and the reminders about tracking progress drinking water and someone are exceptional.
There are just a few things that I would tweak for an iPhone user and then the app would be outstanding; the things that I would tweak are:
- The ability to change the shopping list so that you can reduce the quantities that it says it has of some of the items at the moment it’s all in or nothing you should be able to check on and check off on each day and item depending on your pantry situation.
- You should be able to change the portion size on the meal plan, that is it automatically serves it up as one portion but depending on your needs you might need/want a double portion of that recipe or perhaps a 75% portion, so it would be great if you could modify this on the meal plan to know how you’re sitting with your overall calories for the day that are plan
- When you start logging your food for the day you can no longer see what your total plan calories for the day were only the planned carbs versus macro etc but it would be great to know what you’ve got left for the day or even just see what your total available was still.
- When casting to a device to watch the workout for example as soon as your phone locks the app closes and you can’t actually pause the workout without restarting it; you need to be able to pause even when casting as we are mummies and sometimes kids just need help right there and then.
- When the screen locks, if your phone is locked for more than maybe 30 seconds the whole app is closed and you have to reopen it and the screen that you were on disappears. Again this shouldn’t happen as mummy’s we get distracted and can’t always stay on focus with the recipe, custom meal calorie carb protein fat entry or whatever we were reading.
- When entering a custom meal the ability to put notes should exist so we can say perhaps a little summary of what our recipe is, what size the serving is, how big a portion is etc, so then we don’t have to remember what it is for that one in particular.
- The ability to update the photo on a custom meal would be nice.
-- TiggieWoo, 2025-01-20

### **--- "Photos of food"
Hi there The photo of food on the iPad is too big and looks mushy…
-- janewqout, 2024-10-13

### ***** "Great app"
Healthy mummy has great food and excercise
-- elf no. 1, 2024-10-03

### ***-- "Still lacks simple things"
Overall the program and app are good. Still hard to find where to update weekly progress (I’m not addicted to the program and using it daily). Losing the recipe you were on each time the app closes is frustrating.
-- Chardy73, 2024-06-14

### ***-- "Good content and program"
Good content and program however I always have issues with the recipes timing out and shutting down on me. I’ve tried tech support and I’ve even used the app on different phone devices and it still happens.
-- katy_8250, 2024-05-27

### ***** "The best app to keep healthy and fit"
I wished I’d come across this app sooner. I’m loving every part of it, the healthy meal recipes and the workouts. Well done Healthy Mummies.
-- SarzGraham, 2024-05-24

### ***** "Just what this Mumma needed!"
This is everything I didn’t know I needed! I sat on the fence for quite some time before signing up with the Healthy Mummy. But once I dove in, there was no turning back! The app is fabulous, with it’s weekly meal plans, recipe bank and exercise videos and assisted me in ridding myself of 19kgs that I do NOT plan on reacquainting myself with again.
