SUBSCRIPTION - PRICES AND CONDITIONS

HearingOS is available for free download. All users are invited to take a 7-day trial week. If you want to continue using hearingOS, we offer you an automatic extension.

To use the app after the free trial, either a monthly or a yearly subscription is required. Your credit card will be debited within your iTunes account after the order confirmation has been received. The subscription will be extended if you do not disable it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. There is no price increase on an extension. The subscription is auto-renewable but can be cancelled at any time.

Subscriptions can be managed in the iTunes account settings and the automatic extension can be deactivated. After purchase, no reimbursement can be made for a non-utilized portion of the period.

I’m somebody who has occasional deafness from blocked sinuses. All the hearing apps are crazy expensive. This one is particularly remarkable because all that money they’re charging sure as heck isn’t going in the UI. There’s a intolerable delay with Bluetooth as well. I’ve grabbed me a free trial, but no way would I part with this kind of money for this kind of mess.

You can do nothing with this app until you agree to a 7 day “free” trial, I did this and it messed up my Phonak Compilot 2 I could not get any of the controls to work, worse after I had given up on the app my device would not function, after resetting both the device and the phone and “forgetting” the device on bluetooth I did get it working again.  The instructions are non existent I would NOT recommend this app! I did manage to cancel my subscription after I deleted the app
