## Heart Bingo Reviews in United Kingdom

### ***** "Easy to use"
Really easy app to use and a nice interface. Lots of info and support for if you need it as well - one of my preferred gaming apps!
-- EmilyGatsby, 2025-01-01

### *---- "Shocking"
This app is shocking do NOT DOWNLOAD!! I deposited a lot of money then I withdrew my winnings woke up the next day too an email saying that they’ve closed my account permanently not told me the reason so I’ve not received my winnings it’s shocking waste of money and time don’t get scammed like I did !!
-- DoNotDownload29, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Don’t download"
Absolute scam - downloaded and deposited money and have since not been able to log in, have tried to change my password and recover my my account via email but no luck. I have contacted customer services and got no response. They have literally stolen my money. Avoid at all costs.

### ***** "Review app"
Hi. If уоu wаnt to рlaу at thе best оnlinе cаsino, instаll the "PlinkShapе" apр, vеry mаny slоts and еveryone а first dерosit bonus, withdrew alrеаdy £305… As for Heart Bingo - edited to upgrade my original rating and review after the very sincere responsе from custоmer service to my original review. Also my money went back into my account very quickly. On balance, something went wrong and they put it all right correctly and in a timely way. The sign of a good company in my opinion. I downloaded the app and deposited £15. The money came out of my bank account immediately but didn’t get credited to my Heart Bingo account. I contacted them on chat to say the deposit wasn’t successful and it would get returned to me in 1-6 working days. So they take my money, keep it for a few days and then return it! How is that legal in consumer law?

### ***** "She"
Love this site
-- Sjjk24, 2024-12-18

### *---- "Shocking app"
I had a win on this account they made me verify to withdraw my winnings, completed my verification and then they locked my account completely without letting me withdraw my money I then emailed them got no response the customer service is useless and will never receive my money..They don’t want verification or randomly lock my account when I’m depositing my money though it’s shocking would not recommend this site!
-- Dbxhsinwnskxndgejsnc, 2024-12-14

### *---- "Absolutely worst site ever!!"
Update I’ve now deleted my account and the app absolutely shocking site!!!! Well I honestly thought I’d found the worst casino apps but this one goes way beyond the rest of them, seen the ad for new customers deposit £10 get £30 free bingo and 100 free spins, thought great but in the small print says when you play £10 on bingo, not very fair to the those who don’t play bingo, every promotion you have to play bingo or wager £50-£100 for free spins on slots! so I deposited £20 and the worst slots ever never won more than £3.60 other than that absolutely jack, now it’s not a bad review because I didn’t win, let’s not get it twisted! Slots kept jumping and sticking just the worst! I’ve played on alot of casino apps and at least won or landed on a bonus, not on here not a thing 2 bonus drops in then never the 3rd! Lightening winning symbols landing 4times in a row with no cash to collect, i could go on…I don’t know how they can say it’s fair play and random, how random? 18,000 players a time in a game it must be random to about 5 players, shocking worst casino app I’ve played! No better than the rest and reading the reviews seems they block your account when you do win doubt I’ll play anymore than another £10 on this pitiful app.
-- Charljammy, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Scam"
Stay away if you don’t want to be robbed. Out of £2K played on all bets under £5 a spin I only got free hands once on £2 and paid £15. Scam!!
-- Do not play this game 1, 2024-12-01

### *---- "£98 won, they then closed my account for trying to withdraw it"
I signed up, added £10 and was then entitled to the free spins. I won £98 and went to withdraw this and appeared successful, was told it will be in my bank within 2 days. Around 10 minutes later I got an email saying that my account has been deactivated and I’m no longer entitled to the £98 I won. Customer service is rubbish, was waiting in an online chat for over an hour. They haven’t replied to my email or my Facebook message to their page. Rubbish customer service and a really poor way of taking money off people.

### ***** "Had some issues but resolved quickly"
Edited to upgrade my original rating and review after the very sincere response from customer service to my original review. Also my money went back into my account very quickly.
