It won’t work

So I just downloaded the app to measure my heart rate. I was super excited because of this was the only heart rate monitor who would be free of charge. But after setting up my account and reading the instructions saying to put my finger on the camera and pressing start nothing happened I continued to try to figure it out but with no luck. I don’t know what is happening but if anyone knows how to fix it please help thank you!

So I like it but my heart rate was at 190 and it didn’t like that and basically told me to see a doctor so I did and I have pots so now I need medication 😭

False readings

I have a very slow ♥️ rate and at rest it never goes above 50. I downloaded this app, and my first reading at rest was 93, took it again five minutes later and it was 102. Totally inaccurate!

Idk if it is accurate or not but my question is how does tell you your heart rate by you’re camera lens

Won’t work after installing

After installing - which it does quickly - it just gives that circular “busy” signal after swiping through the intro pages.. maybe a bug has crept in. Tried installing twice.

App not responding at all

Installed on iPhone 14 and the app does not respond at all, even after rebooting the phone.

Does not work

I downloaded the application on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and it never worked. Pressed Start and nothing, downloaded again and did not start.
