• Testing Principle
Photoplethysmography (PPG): The phone's flash emits green light and other specific wavelengths that penetrate the skin. The camera captures periodic changes in light absorption caused by blood flow during heartbeats, converting these into electrical signals to form a PPG curve. Algorithms then calculate heart rate from this curve. Heart rate variability (HRV) is extracted from the curve's beat‑to‑beat interval data. Finally, by combining heart rate and HRV variations with a model trained on population stress data, the system infers stress states.
