Ismerje meg az all-in-one egészségügyi nyomkövetőjét. A Heart Rate Monitor – BP Log segít rögzíteni és megérteni a pulzusszámot (pulzus/BPM), a vérnyomást (BP), az oxigénszaturációt (SpO₂/oximéter), a vércukorszintet (glükóz) és a BMI-t (testtömeg-index) – világos diagramokkal, trendekkel, emlékeztetőkkal és egy támogató AI Health Coach segítségével.

Mit követhet nyomon

Pulzus / pulzusszám (BPM): Naplózza a pihenés és az edzés utáni értékeket; adjon hozzá jegyzeteket/címkéket a kontextushoz, és alakítson ki HRV-alapú betekintést.
