Their lack of flexibility in business dealings is shocking. I submitted a fair and reasonable refund request, only to be met with resistance and a dismissive attitude. The end of the conversation was a curt "sorry Charlie, too bad," which felt incredibly unprofessional and disheartening. This inflexibility has greatly impacted my small woman-owned business’s financial operations. It's disheartening to see a company so unwilling to accommodate or support their customers. They charge fees to accept payments online, charge you $2,000 to use their services for a year, and don’t even send you a reminder that your renewal is coming up. If you don’t call 30 DAYS prior to your renewal to ask to cancel, they will just charge you and not refund you. Not even the common courtesy to let you know they are going to run your car again for the membership fee. Hearth wants me to continue to send my customers estimates through them but I’ve had nothing but trouble. My customers like the option to finance their hvac system but I can’t seem to send them an estimate through Hearth. I’ve also tried to send my last customer a paid invoice and I can find the invoice so I’ve had to use another application to send them a Paid invoice… frustrating. The System doesn’t save my customers history and trying to type or edit a estimate is torture. I’ve also had customers tell me the interest rate they were offered through Hearth was unbelievably high.
