### *---- "iPhone 16 pro is disappointing with this app."
I so enjoyed using the app with my iPhone 11 but it was at end of life so I upgraded. My heart coherence rates have decreased substantially with the new phone. Sometimes the app loses connections 20 or 30 times during a session so obviously this does not produce calmness and coherence. The joy of using this app is gone with this new phone. I think the camera lens is too big or too far away from the torch. I’m curious if the app has been calibrated to work with the iPhone 16 pro or whether other iPhone 16 pro users are having the same trouble. I reached out to customer service through the app when the problems began but have not heard back.
-- Lifecoachmom, 2024-10-13

### ***** "Love this new In er Balance Sensor"
I’ve been doing HeartMath for over 8-years now and I just love how using the Inner Balance allows me to get to such a deep state of inner ease and relaxation in my heart and my mind thinks about nothing, which is awesome. I feel like I’m in a state of just being! Thank you HM. 🙏💖🙌🌅
-- ZenJen2014, 2024-10-11

### ***** "Trauma healing"
The feed back is helping me see and observe what is truly triggering my stress and I am improving, just starting but so far I feel good and have high confidence. Don N
-- DGNeson, 2024-09-27

### *---- "My worst purchase of the year"
A meditation coach suggested I buy the inner balance device from Heartmath. I must say I was a bit dumb for not doing my own research. My rationale was HRV is such a basic and old technology, you would guess it’s pretty easy to make reliable device by now. Oh boy how wrong I was. Heartmath is pure trash. The sensor is completely messed up, the app is so bad, the output is just random garbage. I wish I bought a muse or some type of EEG device instead, they’re slightly more expensive but at least it’s the real deal. The sad part is it costs $10 or less to make this device in China and they sell it for $250. Complete scam
-- Google is evil, 2024-08-28

### ***** "Love this!"
I’ve been using hearth math for quite some time. I recently purchased a new monitor with the new app and BOY! Do I love it!!! I find this one to be much better and easier to use. I love all the features it offers. Highly recommend!!
