Heartool FAQ
Is Heartool free?
Yes, Heartool is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Heartool legit?
Not enough reviews to make a reliable assessment. The app needs more user feedback.
Used the app for two weeks and thought it was good then “Network Error” notification came up and now I can’t log in, deleted and reloaded, gets the same error. It has been a week now and I’m trying to find a replacement. Also, it’s strange to me how this app’s readings don’t match the Coospo app for the bike computer.
No longer works
This app does not appear to be supported any longer. It shows “Network Error” when trying to login and record or view data. Everything is lost.
Was working good
Was working good and I really liked it, but now keeps saying network error and doesn’t work
Typically works
Every once in awhile I get a network error notification and it won’t save workout and you have to close the app. Currently been happening for two days. I count calories so it’s annoying. Also way over calculates calories burned. I enter my numbers into a web page to get real numbers
App Failure
Good basic app to monitor heart rate. But for the past few days all I’ve been getting is “Network Error” message. Can’t track or record anything, and now I can’t log back into my account. Kind of a bummer since everything else was working so well
Works great but I have one problem
I wish this app would adjust the parameters for exercise levels depending on age. For me, it shows a maximum heart rate of 180. But I am 80 years old, as it knows from my profile. So, my max is closer to 140. And all my levels should be consistent with that, no? Could it not be programmed to adjust for age, changing the numbers for all the levels? Odd that in the images here, we see different max heart rates but in my app, there is only 180.
Other than that, the app does exactly what I want—shows my heart rate from the Coospo armband as I am exercising. Right now, while a knee recuperates, I am having to use an arm bike instead of running or elliptical and this sits right on the bike arm so I can easily see it.
Wants an account
I don’t want to yet another vendor account just to use a heart rate monitor. Just connect to my Fitness monitor app I already have.
Deleted immediately and threw worthless device away as more e-waste
Perfect for HIIT on Treadmill
I downloaded this app to work with the Coospo heart rate monitor. It does exactly what I need for HIIT training on the treadmill. It has a nice display of BPM, heart rate zone (percentage) and calories burned, along with a live color-coded chart based on heart rate zone. It also gives a max heart rate warning - the monitor vibrates and a big alert comes up. It keeps a record of your workouts as well. It also has other useful options for analysis. I’ve focused on the live training ones. Very satisfied.
Works Well
Exactly what I was looking for. Simple, accurate and useful.
