Pulse measure broken on Apple Watch
Good app, but the pulse measurement is broken…again on my Apple Watch, it won’t autorefresh, I have Apple Watch 6 with the latest watchOS installed
Good App if you want to know insights about your heart
Usually we are not aware of hidden issues related to our bodies and heart is …quite important. I started using it together with the sleep app (from the same company) and I feel in control of my body and my behaviour during the day. The information presented is easy to understand and may be a good data source in discussions with physicians as well.

Pretty Good . The hands move On the chair is not that good , it detects as standing up . So it’s not that flow less.
Bad interpretation
I workout everyday and my HR gets pretty high. My workout HR messes up the readings for the whole day. My resting HR is under 60 but this app shows my average resting HR being 100. How can you fix this?
