After few days its crashing on my apple watch 7 (watch os 8.8.1). I need to restart watch in order to make the app work again. Its the same story after few days of use. I changed rating from 5( will change back once this is fixed) , otherwise the app is great. Edit: Bought a new iPhone, updated the watch to watchOS 10 and it works now.

I decided to buy the whole bundle of three apps. This provides me an excellent and in depth knowledge of my heart, sleep and waking condition. Many options to set it according to individual’s needs and desires. Also apple watch apps are simple to use. I am very satisfied. Thank you developers. Keep on the good work with developing this app also in the future. Highly recommendable.

I’ve been using this for awhile now, there is lots of information here. Yes you have to go through some settings but it’s easy to navigate.
