The HS Challenge is a 60 day fitness program created and recorded by certified personal trainer Heather Scott to be the most effective training and weight loss schedule available. This challenge keeps you motivated and on course by tracking your workouts and progress for you on your very own program calender. Choose your own playlist music as background music to personalize the workouts to inspire you to work harder!
Heather will take you through 4 levels of progressing difficulty, each with 3 unique workouts, for a total of 12 workouts that can be done in under an hour. The program and workouts may be done as many times as you'd like. Cardio days and rest days are incorporated into the program to create the most comprehensive, effective schedule that will show you the greatest results in the shortest amount of time.
Workouts are audio and designed so you can do them anywhere, anytime. For certain exercises light weights, a stool or a mat may be recommended.
