Downloaded app, ‘allowed’ the app to connect, signed in with my Hive account details and all I get is a message saying I’ve no devices. Deleted app, logged out of Hive and back in again, downloaded app again and the same result. It also requires a one time code to be downloaded and entered. Logged on with Hive account and white screen with orange banner top and bottom appeared but nothing else. Have tried to email but so far I’ve been ignored. This was fine but now hive has made it mandatory for 2fa to be on and it now cannot be turned off, therefore the app no longer works, developers need to correct asap! You can see how responsive a Trv is to changes in target temperature; how much it overshoots and how quickly it cools down. I certainly had a few surprises and used the information to rebalance my schedules.
