Speak. Then enter. Your thumb is faster than your soul. Heed slows it down. Heed is a Christian app blocker that puts Scripture between you and the scroll. When you reach for Instagram, TikTok or YouTube, Heed meets you at the door with a verse. Speak it aloud and the app opens. No tapping past it. No battle of willpower. Just the Word, spoken, before the feed. "Be still, and know that I am God." Heed makes room for the first half of that verse, so you can live the second. HOW IT WORKS · Choose the apps that steal your time. Heed locks them with Apple's Screen Time. · When you reach for one, a verse appears. Hold the button and declare it out loud. · Once the words leave your mouth, your apps open for the window you set. · Not a moment to speak? Choose five minutes of stillness or a ninety-second guided breath instead. · In a quiet room or on the train? Type the verse instead. A WORD FOR EVERY SEASON Choose a Scripture path, and your Home screen and your shield draw from it. · Prophetic: spoken, Bible-rooted prayers for breaking, blessing and declaring · Night Watch: lay the day down before the last scroll · Over My House: declarations over marriage, children and home · Work & Provision: for your calling and your daily bread · Healing & Restoration: for body, mind and the years the locust ate · Psalms, Catholic, Reformed and Wisdom Narrow any path by topic, such as hope, peace, boldness or discipline, or write declarations of your own. YOU WEREN'T MEANT TO WALK ALONE · Companion: "Two are better than one." Share one verse and one small action each day with someone you trust, and build a streak together. · Circles: walk it as a small group, family or youth group, with up to 12 people on one daily verse. · Witness: choose one trusted person. Heed drafts a short weekly digest, and you send it through your own messages. GUARD YOUR HOURS · Focus Mode: write your to-do list, lock your apps, and get them back when the work is done. · Vault Sessions: schedule protected hours, like a quiet morning before work or a still night before bed. · Strict Mode: keep distractions locked around the clock. SEE YOUR WALK TAKE SHAPE · Streaks with milestones at 1, 3, 7, 21, 30, 60, 100 and 365 days · Heed Freeze: miss a day and a Freeze protects your streak · A heatmap of your walk and a journal of every verse you've spoken · Spoken testimonies: at each milestone, record fifteen seconds for your future self FREE, WITH MORE IN PRO Heed is free to use, supported by ads, with the Psalms and Prophetic paths included. Heed Pro removes ads and unlocks every Scripture path, Focus Mode, starting Circles, unlimited schedules and the full Journey. Joining a Companion pact or a Circle is always free. YOUR VOICE STAYS YOURS Speech is processed on your device and never uploaded. Companion shares only your first name, your daily check-in and your shared streak. Your Witness digest is written on your phone and sent by you. WHY HEED Opening an app takes one tap, and the habit wins before the heart can answer. A spoken declaration is slower on purpose. It uses your mouth, your breath and your ears, and it turns a reflex into a choice. In older words, it is a prayer. Put the Word before the world. Start today. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period and are charged to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings.
