pay attention to this app!! I ordered a ride for 20€ and when I arrived they requested 30€ instead of 20€! I didn’t see it and they send me a request for 68€ because I didn’t pay immediately. SCAM!!!!! Use Bolt instead cause they just ask you for the money written while you are ordering the ride. Shame on you!!!

Ho aspettato per un’ora e mezza il taxi e nulla, ho dovuto arrangiarmi. Pessimo servizio, i taxi non sono MAI liberi.

Ho cercato di contattare in qualche modo l’assistenza per reclamare che il driver ha chiuso la mia corsa coi suoi comodi facendomi pagare da 30€ a 104€! Aspetto ancora il rimborso di 74€ che non è arrivato! Nessuno storno è presente sulla mia carta! Nessuno si è più fatto sentire! NON ESISTE UN SERVIZIO CLIENTI! SIETE DEI LADRI! Sconsiglio vivamente questo servizio!

Da qnd nn c’è più l’heech classic ,l’applicazione è diventata quasi inutile Non ci sono mai autisti liberi ( saranno pochi in generale) Annullano le chiamate dopo 10 min di attesa oppure se sono 10 min ,per 10 min rimane sempre lo stesso tempo Che senso ha?!! Che poi alla fine il taxi costa come il PRO,a volte anche meno..

L’app e quasi perfetta: a quando un aggiornamento in cui si accettano anche le carte di debito? Pls

Fuori regola è pericoloso.

Auto non collaudate annualmente come prevede la legge e In caso di sinistro non sono assicurati per trasporto pubblico terzi. Dovranno e dovrete dichiarare il falso dicendo che il driver é un vostro conoscente e vi accompagnava a titolo gratuito. Le assicurazioni hanno ottimi strumenti per provare il contrario e non risarcire... a questo punto provate a farvi pagare dal driver...buona fortuna.

Applicazione perfetta

Efficace e funzionale, contatti rapidi e precisa. Il tracking del gps è utilissimo, manca solo un po di interazione in piu perche si è costretti quasi sempre a fare una chiamata per confermare e trovarsi.
