"I would like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the way drivers are being exploited in this application. Despite promises of providing a fair and profitable working environment, the reality is far different. The prices offered by the application are disastrous and do not cover the basic costs of the work, let alone provide a decent income. Additionally, the extremely high commissions imposed on each trip make it impossible for drivers to earn enough money for their effort and time. These unfair commissions lead to a sharp decline in income, making it financially unfeasible to work with Heetch and putting drivers under significant financial pressure. This clear exploitation contradicts the values of fair and transparent work, and we demand a review of the pricing and commission structure to achieve a better and fairer working environment for drivers. If the situation continues as it is, many drivers will be forced to stop working with the application in search of fairer alternatives. I hope these points are taken into consideration and appropriate actions are taken to correct the situation and improve the working experience for drivers. Thank you for your understanding."
