## Helix Fi Reviews in Canada

### *---- "App n’est plus compatible avec iPhone 7"
L’app a tjrs bien fonctionné jusqu’à sa récente mise à jour. J’ai un iPhone 7 et donc je ne peux avoir l’iOS 16.0 +. L’app exige maintenant un iOS 16.0 minimum … cest complètement ridicule.
-- Mihara223, 2024-12-31

### ***** "Koodo jcm"
Ok
-- Bécane 66, 2024-12-29

### ***-- "accessibility"
The protection is not good. Someone kept on connecting to my wifi even after pausing the device, I have forgetten the device, changed the wifi name, change password several times but the devise keeps on connecting. I seem to unable to prevent the person from connecting
-- MhaizAgm, 2024-12-26

### **--- "Pizza indigeste"
Bonne chance pour vous retrouvez avec Hélix. Ça ne vaut pas grand chose.
-- C benoit, 2024-12-22

### **--- "Borne helix"
ma borne est compliqué à configurer et ne peut etre detecté par tout mes appareils.
-- Toto lol, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Went down to the USA but no WIFI connection"
Bought the Videotron Can-USA service but could not get Wifi or flight delay notices while in the USA.
-- Seashell171717, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Dropped support for old iOS versions"
I have my iPhone 13 and I keep my iOS 15. I don't want to update my system and I think there are a lot of users like me.
I don't understand why you don't take these users into account in this important application and force them to update their system. Are you working for Apple? Even Apple does force users to update, especially that there is no alternative via the browser to access and control the helix system features.
-- Mohamed Khafaga, 2024-12-15

### ****- "Add payment features"
App is working fine. Just missing an important feature that user can’t see the bill, bill history and perform payment within the app.
-- Sainisaab202, 2024-12-11

### **--- "Used to work"
Doesn’t seem to work anymore on Iphones..
-- nadim6, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Une usine à gaz"
L’application fonctionne rarement et comporte beaucoup trop de bug.. Manque de sérieux chez Vidéotron 😢
