HOW DO I USE THE HELIX TV APP?
Download the app to monitor connections to your home Wi-Fi network and manage your Internet connection wherever you are. Open the Helix Fi app on a mobile device and follow the instructions. They will guide you through using the app for the first time. It’s easy!
INTERESTING FEATURES
• Easily identify connected devices on your network thanks to the option to rename them. The app also notifies you of new connections. You can instantly cut off a device or user’s access to your Wi-Fi network, if needed.
• Control Internet usage for created user profiles. The Helix Fi app helps you better control the content your children are exposed to and foster focus or sleep by managing Internet access periods.
• Monitor usage for devices connected to your network and usage peaks. With this overview, you can easily retrieve or change your username and password. You can also quickly troubleshoot your Wi-Fi yourself, even remotely. For example, change port forwards to manage your coverage.

Nous sommes incroyablement déçu d’avoir Hélix nous avons beaucoup de problèmes de connexion malgré le fait que la borne soit « en ligne » j’ai dû augmenter la vitesse et malgré cela le problème persiste vraiment dommage que je dois retourner mes anciens appareils je regrette amèrement mon choix…

iPhone 14
Jamais réussi à ouvrir l’app sur un iPhone 14. Frustrant.
Ne fonctionne plus
L’application ne fonctionne plus, vous avez un problème de captcha qui n’ouvre pas après une authentification!
Problème de connexion réseau
Nous avons, depuis l’installation en septembre 2023, des interruptions de télévision. Le message qui reviennent le plus souvent: RDK-03087 Après multiples appels téléphoniques aux services ainsi que 6 techniciens qui se sont déplacés, et tous avaient dit avoir trouvé le problème, en fait non. Toujours se problème. Maintenant la perte de son/image durent 20@40 minutes. Ça c’est sans compter avoir perdu le service internet/ télé durant une semaine complète, puisque semble-t-il que aucun technicien n’était disponible pour venir chez nous. Une semaine sans INTERNET ET TÉLÉ!! Pas très content le monsieur et la madame.
Ne s ouvre pas sur mon telephone
J ai désinstaller et reinstaller sur mon telephone..rien n y fait , l application n ouvre pas.

Just dare set a down time for your children and then, because of urgent times like final exams, you need to give them more time, oh heck if you can even find a way out of this. You can’t even stop your down time. Well people who still believe that videotron is still what it was, the solution is to reprogram your kids down time one by one. Very user __friendly !?!
Catastrophe
Cette application comme les reste des sévices en lignes de Vidéotron est une catastrophe. L’application est belle mais rien ne fonctionne.
