They wouldn’t send me my ticket
For some reason they couldn’t send me tmy ticket to my email that I paid for, due to “malfunctions of the system”. I called and at first they thought I was bluffing in order to get a free ticket!! But then a guy in the train station helped me, I got my ticket only 4-5 minutes before the train arrived.

Log in does not work at all. Station search is bit more complicated than Rubik’s cube, and the tickets are non purchasable.

Καλή εφαρμογή. Πρόβλημα στην ανάκτηση κωδικών
Ευκολόχρηστη εφαρμογή στην αναζήτηση δρομολογίων, στην επιλογή θέσεων, αλλά και στην πληρωμή. Υπάρχει πρόβλημα στην ανάκτηση κωδικών πρόσβασης, διότι ο σύνδεσμος που έρχεται στο email είναι λανθασμένος καθώς ο server της εταιρείας έχει αλλάξει και έτσι ο browser δεν μπορεί να συνδεθεί στη σελίδα. Ελπίζω να διορθωθεί.

Άθλιο όπως τα τρένα τους. Δύσκολο στη χρήση σχεδόν ΑΧΡΗΣΤΟ.
