## Hello bank! Belgium Description
Hello bank! is a banking service which is 100% mobile. It is offered free of charge and includes a current account, a maximum of two bank cards, and savings accounts. 

The application is:
• Completely secure:
You access our banking services using your own unique Easy Banking code, which you set up. You receive the same level of protection as you already enjoy when you use your bank card and PIN.
• Has a full help service:
The Hello team is on hand 83 hours a week to answer your questions and help you carry out your transactions.

The Hello bank! app gives you access to your banking world, you can use your bank and you have a clear view of your income and spending. 

A few useful features:
• You can log in with your fingerprint or via facial recognition if your phone is equipped with this option.
• The Bancontact function: this enables you to make payments via your smartphone by using the QR code .
As easy as saying "Hello!"
1. Download the free app
2. Submit your request from the app (takes no more than 4 minutes!)
3. Your Hello box and card reader are sent to your home address 
4. Upon approval of your application, we then prepare your bank card(s) and the PIN you need to activate them.

Je mets à jour mon commentaire. Je vois que ING a tenue compte des notifications des mouvements sur le compte,en plus les virements sont maintenant instantanés à l’instar de certaines Banques. L’interface a encore changé et est meilleur. Je confirme vous êtes au Top.

L’une des banques en ligne la plus intéressante et l’application est simple et intuitive. 
Juste au niveau des notifications sur le compte qui vraiment importante maintenant que la sécurité est choses sensible.

Malheureusement l’application est disponible uniquement dans l’App Store en Belgique. Si on as son compte Apple dans un autre pays (comme pas mal de gens l’ont, même s’ils habitent en Belgique), c’est très compliqué à télécharger l’appli. Presque toutes les autres banques font mieux.

Fortis ou hello bank demande trop de frais et pour les investissements idem en frais de gestion frais d’entre etc… je conseille Trade Republic pour épargner ou investir et carte visa gratuite !

Sans décoration inutile cette apps est impeccable identique aux services Hello ( Fortis) . Le personnel est compétent bien entendu il y a des procédures de sécurité parfois un peu contraignantes mais... heureusement. J'en ai fait ma première Banque

Cela fait maintenant 10 jours que j’ai l’appli et elle ne fonctionne toujours pas ,comme première activation. Impossible de passer la page où l’on me demande d’accepter ma position l’application plantes. J’ai eu beau appeler vos services à plusieurs reprises. On me dit à chaque fois que le problème va être résolu car c’est un problème bien connu de vos services mais en attendant je ne sais toujours pas aller voir mon compte bancaire.
