## Hello Bistro Reviews in United States

### *---- "Ceaser chicken wrap rip off"
I paid around $16 for a ceaser chicken wrap with extra chicken and it was the size of a jumbo hot dog. Had about 1 cup of lettuce and one order of chicken. The workers there could care less when I asked about what I paid $16 for and the laughed and shrugged their shoulder. They don’t care. Never again this place is run by local teens that don’t care and realize this job doesn’t mean anything and they could quit at any time without needing it on their resume. What a shame and rip off
-- Hello Bistro Goodbye, 2026-04-15

### *---- "I have no idea why this app is so highly rated"
Because it’s trash. Several times, after selected a “required selection” the app would not advance my order. None of the info fields auto populate. And it took multiple times to enter payment information even though it was correct from the first try. Outsource this to a different app developer next time.
-- G. Ryin, 2026-03-25

### ***** "Forbes"
Forbes store is the best I won’t go to any other Christian should be the manager he is great
-- LJo417, 2026-03-20

### ***** "The best hamburger"
I’m obsessed with the super burger! And don’t get me started on the fries. So darn good!!!! And the prices are affordable! The salads are fresh and favorable. My office loves ordering from here. Try it. You won’t be disappointed!
-- JLP614, 2026-03-12

### **--- "Love the food/ not the app"
I love the food. Its great. The app is clunky and frustrating. I use it but its painful. Some days it just doesn’t work. It loses information and struggles to move from the menu to the payment screen. Some days it times out and other days it loses the information from one scree to the next.
-- BMF Nick the king, 2025-12-01

### *---- "Fix your app 🙄"
Whenever I try to order on mobile it goes to a black white screen and stops loading
-- Ryguy4666315899, 2025-11-26

### ***-- "Please work on your app!"
What’s the point of saving my card if I can never use it as check out? Why have saved orders when they never work to re-order from? I would love to eat here more but this app makes it so frustrating.
-- SDGates, 2025-04-18

### ***-- "Build ur own salad"
Love this place. Best salads
-- Fousnrnt dhajamrn, 2025-04-09

### ***** "The best"
They truly make the best salad because you get to pick all the ingredients and they have healthy quality items I love that they mix everything together instead of just putting it on top every bite is so good u don’t even need dressing
-- Dotntoto, 2024-12-27

### *---- "App is outdated"
Slow and cumbersome to use. Can't use Apple pay
-- This shouldn't be required, 2024-11-28
