The app works fairly well, and wasn’t too complicated despite some cumbersome areas. When I posed a question to customer service “which light strands work with the app?” the response was useless: “Check the supported apps for the product “; There is no field in Amazon for supported apps, and none of them list this critical information.

This whole setup has been a pain. My app worked for a day or two but now will not recognize the lights. I remove the app and restore, hit refresh, pick every option for syncing. Nothing. 

Apart from the app, the remote does not turn these outdoor lights in and off. It was a waste of money to buy the lights.

I spent countless hours trying to fix this. It worked for all of 1 day. Today I come home & the snowflake isn’t lit. Then when I get it to turn on, its colors I can change & modes do not work. There is hardly any way to troubleshoot & now I have this dangling from my roof unlit. Totally frustrated.  When it worked it was beautiful.

App has known problem connecting devices with both versions of android and Apple. No fix seems to be working. App worked great before they “fixed it“ with the newer versions. developers are asking users to revert back to old version
