## Hello H5+ Description
HTML5+标准是一个为开发者设计的标准。HTML中国产业联盟是一个为开发者服务的行业组织。2013年5月28日，万维网联盟（W3C）发布了HTML5.1 working draft版本。但现状是HTML5现有标准不能完全满足开发者需求、而浏览器厂商自定义扩展众多，开发者遇到了很多困难。
    由此，在W3C中国的指导下，业内厂商组成了HTML5中国产业联盟，推出了HTML5+规范，旨在尽可能统一浏览器自定义扩展，给开发者提供更强大的支 持。
    HTML5+规范的愿景：根据开发者需求，为其提供增强的功能、性能扩展规范。方便开发者开发跨平台的app，并接近原生的功能和 性能。
    HTML5中国产业联盟，简称“HTML5+联盟”，是为了更好的推进HTML5的商用、更好的为HTML5开发者服务而由产业链 主流厂商共同组成的一个联盟。
    联盟致力于整合产业链资源，建立围绕html5开发者的生态系统，通过产业链共同为html5开发者服务。
