Hello Sitter provides on-demand babysitters to meet the childcare needs of your family, bookings can be made from 1 hour to 10 days away and every babysitter is fully vetted and highly experienced. We curate your matches based on the information you provide us about your family.

Designed for the busy parents of New York we are changing what it means to find the right babysitter, taking the stress out of contacting, securing and paying for your childcare.

How does it work?
After signing up and telling us a little bit about your children and what you want in a babysitter you can select the date and time you need and our very clever technology matches you with the perfect fit. You can view each babysitter’s profile, read reviews from fellow parents and even watch a short video. Anyone matched to you is available, so go ahead and hit book and it’s as easy as 1-2-3.

All sitters are actually interviewed by Hello Sitter which makes me feel so at ease when booking their sitters!

Cannot delete account or credit card information! This app is a hack waiting to happen!! Sends you spam by default.

Love this app! Great sitters and easy!

Nothing but raves for Hello Sitter. Downloaded and booked an awesome sitter for the next day — literally took two minutes. They have really good customer service too.

Needs a lot of work

There are too many bugs to even make this work. Creating an account through FB doesn’t work and its wonky creative through apple. The time function doesn’t work for recurring bookings and you can’t message a sitter to “interview” them before booking as you can with other apps. Saw a sitter that looked good, but without the recurring function, won’t know if she is available for the multiple days I need and won’t just hire someone to watch my children without even messaging them first. Too bad. Had potential.

Great app - missing support for iOS dark mode

The service is great, but the app is getting 4 starts and not 5 because lack of support for dark mode (can’t see the fonts)
