I love this game!

This game is so cute and fun I love this but, I want this to be quicker and not to load slow but, it’s good after all I hope you provide free packs for new players and money but, this game is so good.

the problem is that when i hosted a party and it was 2 hours and i sleep at ten can you please add a feature that you can stop the party any time?

Recent Update Worse

Game contents are good. However there is a persisting issue where the app does not open and stuck on loading even after the basic troubleshooting of device restart and app reinstallment.

Terrible company

The game gets boring quick. Community is so toxic. And worst of all, the company, Cocone, only cares about your money. They do not reward your loyalty, the do not care about their players.

I just came back to the game yesterday but.. When I try to slide the screen on interior or outfit it wouldn't work??

I really love this app I recommend this. And I have a idea for you! Maybe you can add cute plushie or cute clothes or wall? Or any I can imagine and I love it so much and lucky I don’t get any glitches or any! It’s just so amazing. And the cutest thing is. The clothes Sanrio characters.. IS JUST I CAN’T CONTROL THE CUTENESS OVERLOAD! And I have another idea! Can you add the Sanrio’s characters that you didn’t add. Like Pocchaco and others as well! Well have a wonder wonderful day!

Unclaimable gifts

after the tutorial i got giftboxes so i claimed them but it says that i couldnt because it was “expired” ? IT WAS JUST 5 MINUTES AGO.

a big BUT

So i've been playing the game since like 2021-2022 ish or some, and i really love the characters, furniture, and the accessories. Its very cute and kid friendly. I love sanrio soso much since i was a kid and when i found this app it gave me like 50+ happiness or something, and i am not regretting that i found this game. BUT. Nowadays, it keeps saying “Retry connection or restart the app” although i have good wifi. I restart the app, connect to another wifi, but nothing. I have no idea what happened but i was hoping if u guys could fix/take a look at the problem. THANK YOU!!
