Low self-esteem, stress, fear, bad sleep and unhealthy habits sometimes hold us back in life and prevent us from enjoying things to the fullest. 
The good news is these negative patterns can be broken or eliminated. 

We created the HelloMind app to help you make a change. We want you to be able to think better and feel stronger. Anywhere, any time without having to spend a lot of time and money on treatment.

HelloMind uses a method called RDH - Result Driven Hypnosis, a form of guided hypnosis.

RDH is especially effective because it helps you go to the root cause of your problem. The theory behind it says that when you’re consciously able to define the problem, your subconscious can find the solution. That’s why you’re gently guided into your subconscious towards the root of your problem then given the tool to fix it.

The ten sessions in a treatment or the sessions in a Booster are variations on the same theme, so you’ll hear something different every time you listen. But listening to all 10 sessions in treatment is the only way to ensure that you go deep enough into your subconscious to discover the root of the problem. Every time you listen, you’ll feel a little more safe, because the process is underway and you’ve become accustomed to it. That’s why you relax more as the hypnosis stages become more profound.

When choosing a hypnotherapy treatment, you should always begin with your main problem. The app will guide you to the right treatment or Booster with simple questions. Choosing the right treatment is actually an important part of the process. When you can consciously define the problem, your subconscious will know the solution.

En ting er at appen virker og en anden ting er at hypnosen virker. Jeg bruger den ofte, når der er noget jeg ikke lige gider kæmpe så meget med. Det føles som en genvej til at løse nogle problemer … og der er rigtig mange forskellige vinkler på menneskers typiske problemer, så man kan vælge det der passer bedst. Det er et fantastisk stykke arbejde der ligger bag denne app, som jeg synes alle burde have liggende. Og det er en stor faglig viden som bærer indholdet. Max stjerner fra mig. Igennem et langt liv, med alvorlige og invaliderende søvnproblemer, sover jeg nu dybt og problemfrit! 
Jeg var på kanten til at give op, da manglen på søvn igennem 30 år, havde givet mig dyb depression, udmattelse og mine kognitive besværligheder helt ubeskrivelige.
Det var egentlig en sidste udvej, som fik mig til at prøve Hellomind. Men,- hold da fast, en forandring. 
Allerede efter 2. session sov jeg igennem, HELE NATTEN!! Kan ikke huske hvornår det nogensinde er sket!

Fantastisk app! Jeg har prøvet et utal af hypnose-/meditationsapps og lignende, men ingen har givet mig den samme ro, som denne app. De fleste andre apps blev jeg hurtigt træt af sessionerne, men HelloMind er nærmest vanedannende! Det er fantastisk at der er så mange forskellige slags behandlinger og boostere, så der er næsten noget for enhver. Derudover er elsker jeg, at der er små variationer indenfor de enkelte behandlinger, så man ikke bliver træt af at høre præcis det samme igen og igen i 10 dage i streg.
