Good bicycle but light not working altough i ride at nite.

Just hope there will be more bikes than Anywheel. Usually don't see the HelloBike around.

finally had the time to ride with this app & the bike is surprisingly smooth! as compared to past few years , diff brand etc, this is actually rly easy to ride that i think it deserves a good rating! the price is reasonable too, best it support apple pay so don’t need so much hassle to key in card details and all, setup everything within 1-2 mins! overall just pleasant experience

Easy to use and payment is a breeze too.

Took a grand total of 10 minutes to download, setup and locate a bike. 10/10

Can book multiple bikes with one phone??

The app is too slow

I love helloride the bikes are way faster and easier to paddle compared to the other bike brands, however would love it if the app could show the number of bikes at each parking box so we can check beforehand as sometimes the parking spot is quite far and its time consuming to walk there and check🙏

Dangerous to ride in a bike without light at night. Hoping to get a Bicycle with light.
