Always get an error sms sending failed on multiple phones. Already reinstalled app and restarted phone. iPhone 15,14 and X tried. Support is not answering via email or phone.

WE CANT LOCK OUR BIKE
PLEASE HELP ME OUT. We wrote you on FB, IG, E-Mail we called you. There are still charging. We can’t end the ride. Can you please answer our mail and lock the bike??????? 😓😓😓😓

Language bug on latest update
After the latest version update, app won’t remember the language settings that I’ve set. Once closed and reopen app, it changes back to English itself.
Meh.
Don’t bother… expensive and charges you money for parking incorrectly even though you are at the right parking spot.
MRP-0132 QR doesn’t work
More than a month QR code MRP-0132 does not work. People can’t park bikes and charged extra 5$ for each ride with appeals being denied. Parking spot corresponding to the QR code is pinned to a restricted area with no access. Support does not react to feedback.
Did not refund my money
I parked at a designated parking spot but there was no QR available and they did not refund my money even though they did so in the past.
