After the latest version update, app won’t remember the language settings that I’ve set. Once closed and reopen app, it changes back to English itself.

Don’t bother… expensive and charges you money for parking incorrectly even though you are at the right parking spot.

More than a month QR code MRP-0132 does not work. People can’t park bikes and charged extra 5$ for each ride with appeals being denied. Parking spot corresponding to the QR code is pinned to a restricted area with no access. Support does not react to feedback.

I parked at a designated parking spot but there was no QR available and they did not refund my money even though they did so in the past.

Simple & easy to Top up & ride

I have been using this app for few months. And someday when waiting for pedestrian traffic light I missclick the end trip button..this app somehow charge 5 dollar for the inappropriate parking?? Wtf?? I try to appeal and they rejected my appeal, wrote an email and no one reply…

Clean and not broke bicycle

There should be more parking lot at the exit of the park for the convenient for the rider

the maps dont accurately show the location of the parking area, i spent 10 mins trying to locate it even though i was literally in the area. my ride ended up costing $0.5 more because of it, on top of that, they don’t let you use the map while ur in the parking screen. they just make u get stuck on the screen, unable to do anything but scan the QR code. purposefully having this design to make people spend more money.
