Wrong Charges all the time
Be aware, HelloRide starts charging users additional fees even when the bicycles are parked correctly at the parking zone. They need to improve their GPS. The customer service is not responsive. Promised they will get back in 24hrs but they nvr did.
Unreliable
Every time itβs a gamble, are you going to find only βfamilyβ bikes (because no one uses them) and get a 4x bill or not?
Unable to see a parking lot
I had to pay 5 extra dollars for relocation because when I looked my bike I couldnβt check where is the nearest parking lot and I couldnβt find a map on their website! Itβs so annoying because I see the lot right after I paid extra fee and it was across the road π€ Please add a map on a step when I pay for ride and can see when I can park a bike without wondering
Not worth my money
Can hardly find any available bicycle around my area and my workplace. If there is only 1 or 2 bikes available. GPS not accurate. Wasted my time walking around to find the bicycles. Not worth subscribing. Previously used local competitor bicycle sharing company but tried helloride to see if it was better. Now i regret subscribing.
