I love the app, only con I have is that it does not let you be invisible to others, I mean why forcing people to show that you are online, sometimes I just want to be quiet and not let anyone know im connected

Have problem in networking

Hello, I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue with the HelloTalk app on my phone since 8:00 AM yesterday . The app is showing a “network timeout” error across all sections, checking my internet connection, and more, but nothing has worked.

I love this app, but the premium restrictions are a tad too much — 90 minutes limit for voice rooms? Come onnnn…

Corrupt app as any Chinese thing

They always suspended my account for nothing. I just published that I would like to know people from east Turkestan then they close my account and support doesn't respond, before I said free Palestine then they also suspend my account, this is Chinese developers thinking they can control everything. It's a good in general but unfortunately zero freedom in this app ( free Palestine and East Turkestan).

don’t download unless u are willing to pay premium

first of all, i’ll start with the good things about this app: 1. amazing people here, you can make helpful friends. 2. has a vast amount of languages to choose from 3. translates chats you have with others now the bad things: 1. asks you to buy premium for everything 2. i was honestly looking forward to learning with the translating feature but after a few uses, it wants me to buy premium to use it 3. some languages such as persian (farsi), dont have a way to learn with words, there is a feature where u can learn using words but once i press on it, it changes to another language and if i try to change the language, persian isnt on the list. if i had to, would i recommend this app? tbh, no. i downloaded this app only a few mins ago, but im deleting it. unless u are willing to pay for premium, the app is useless. the only good thing is the ability to easily make friends. and there is a listening feature too, but honestly, not a big fan of it, not helpful at all.

Dark mode?

The app is amazing but there is no dark mood / night mood I sometimes skip using this app cuz it’s too bright also why I can’t post a video ?? In my moment?

Can’t even make an account

I cannot even make an account on my iPhone XS, the service has gone seriously so bad. Can’t figure how to make one. Saw many people having the same issue. Please fix it ASAP.
