I made a channel appointment, and the appointment fee was deducted from my bank account, but the appointment was never confirmed. After contacting their hotline, I was advised to discuss the issue with PR. I sent all the required details, including the bank transfer slips, but they still claimed they were unable to track the payment records and have not processed my refund.

It has been nearly two weeks now, and there has been no proper communication from their side. Every time, I have to personally follow up for updates. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend using this app.

I tried to book a doctor’s appointment and paid using my Mastercard. The channeling fee was charged, but I then received a ‘payment failed’ error. I contacted support and provided my card details and payment slip, but even after 3 days they were unable to trace the transaction. I still haven’t received a refund. It’s concerning that they cannot track a payment even when all details are provided. Features that are not properly tested or reliable should not be released to a production app.

I tried to channel doctor Geethal perera and paid using master card. Got error saying error processing payment after OTP verification. But deducted payment from my bank and channel was not created. Then I call for support with the payment slip I got from my bank app but they said no appointment placed. This is some sort of scam app. Don’t pay using this app. They don’t even have way to check with the provided payment reference.
