I wish the app would show when materials are available for pick up. -- Hard copy book reader, 2024-10-04 ### ****- "Not quite the most useful app" The My Account feature doesn't go far enough. It tells me I have one item to pick up, but I can't see what it is. It will only let me cancel the hold. -- JCKaspar, 2013-09-21 ### ****- "Handy but slow app; please remember the library card number!" I love that this app exists, I find it so much easier to monitor the many children's books we take out. It would be great if the app would remember the library card number instead of having us enter it every time. -- ailurokat, 2013-04-29 ### ***-- "Won't load" Whenever I log in to my account, it will not load. Also, optimize this app for iPhone 5! -- Asterous, 2013-02-07 ### **--- "Branch Events" When bringing up Branch Events, no matter which Branch is selected, events for the Dumbarton Library are what is displayed. Don't know if this is just a glitch today or an on-going problem. Definitely a must-fix problem. -- FamilyofReaders, 2012-07-14 ### ***** "Very convenient" Love this app! My favorite features (besides being able to search, place on hold, and renew from my phone) are that catalog results possibilities start showing below the search box as soon as I start typing, and that my checkouts are listed with soonest due first -- RichmondBargains, 2012-05-23 ### ***-- "Please improve" I have found myself using this more than I expected . . . .it is faster to get to than the browser website. But im still pretty frustrated *It needs advanced search options - cant limit by library, by reading level. *Needs to do a better job of using real estate. I don't want to be reading something wrapped 6 times in the sidebar when most of the screen is wasted on a logo *work on the visual presentation (usually a priority on ipad apps). There are no images of book covers. The formatting for the book listings is barely readable. Pay someone who knows something about layouts! I homeschool and use the library all the time,I know you guys can do better than this -- dbmamaz, 2012-01-29 ### ****- "A decent app" I like the my account feature and the fact that I can place holds through my smartphone. The catalog search feature can be improved but guess its going to evolve -- Narmudu, 2012-01-22 ### ***** "Great" Looks like a very helpful app. I like being able to access the catalog, programs and hours this way. -- catbellrva, 2012-01-11 [View all Henrico County Public Library reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Henrico County Public Library Discovered Keywords - henrico county public library - bennett university library - common core library - share your library - charles public library - madison county library ## Apps Similar to Henrico County Public Library - [The Dominion Club - HGG](https://apptail.io/app/the-dominion-club-hgg-rHU/united-states) - [The Country Club of Virginia](https://apptail.io/app/the-country-club-of-virginia-Zqec/united-states) - [Puritan Cleaners](https://apptail.io/app/puritan-cleaners-RJec/united-states) - [Richmond Public Library App](https://apptail.io/app/richmond-public-library-app-cKec/united-states) - [Westwood Club RVA](https://apptail.io/app/westwood-club-rva-sdfc/united-states) - [Official RVA Bike Share](https://apptail.io/app/official-rva-bike-share-zdfc/united-states) - [Henrico County, Virginia](https://apptail.io/app/henrico-county-virginia-djfc/united-states) - [PassPlay for Memberships](https://apptail.io/app/passplay-for-memberships-JBPh/united-states) - [Common House Richmond](https://apptail.io/app/common-house-richmond-qsOl/united-states) - [Hermitage CC](https://apptail.io/app/hermitage-cc-Qimv/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
