If you allow it to track your location, it will notify you whenever you're close to an exhibit that it has information on. It greatly enhanced my visit to the museum. -- PaoloS81, 2025-07-25 ### ***** "Don’t understand other reviews — truly awesome app!" We visited the Heraklion Archeological Museum today and used the museum’s free WiFi to download this excellent app. Then we used AirPods we brought with us and the app’s “follow this path” function to work our way through the museum while hearing about tue most famous and significant exhibits. A few minutes of effort to learn this intuitive app was enough. The entire museum has flow that takes visitors through the exhibits in chronological order so the whole experience was perfect and complemented with this. Plus in the app audio the narrator’s voice is very peaceful and pleasant. It’s easy to switch between Greek and English for the language — in the upper left-hand corner of the main screen. I feel so bad for the developers of this app because the negative reviews just don’t recognize how nice this tool is. The fact that it’s free is also really nice! -- Eli W., 2025-06-26 ### *---- "old version of the app" download the newer one titled heraklion museum ar -- Pen7, 2025-05-18 ### *---- "User" I downloaded app but opening page was in Greek. I only read English. Could not use app at all even though the description on Apple Store was in English. -- 45History32, 2025-04-06 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" Only content is to try again -- bklvr, 2024-10-12 [View all Heraklion Museum reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Apps Similar to Heraklion Museum - [Bunkart](https://apptail.io/app/bunkart-xBpd/united-states) - [Knossospalace](https://apptail.io/app/knossospalace-hmNd/united-states) - [MBP Audio Guide](https://apptail.io/app/mbp-audio-guide-frPi/united-states) - [The Petra Museum](https://apptail.io/app/the-petra-museum-yinm/united-states) - [Chateau De Cognac](https://apptail.io/app/chateau-de-cognac-pgtm/united-states) - [Spinalonga Guide](https://apptail.io/app/spinalonga-guide-qWgp/united-states) - [Aptera AR Tour](https://apptail.io/app/aptera-ar-tour-uGnp/united-states) - [Siena SMS Audioguide](https://apptail.io/app/siena-sms-audioguide-KKtp/united-states) - [Θ-ink](https://apptail.io/app/th-ink-oKPp/united-states) - [Athens Audio Guide Offline](https://apptail.io/app/athens-audio-guide-offline-HTSp/united-states) ## Heraklion Museum Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/australia) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/bulgaria) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/canada) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/cyprus) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/germany) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/algeria) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/spain) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/united-kingdom) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/ireland) - [Nigeria](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/nigeria) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/netherlands) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/new-zealand) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/philippines) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/turkey) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/uzbekistan) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/heraklion-museum-PqPi/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
