### *---- "worst app i’ve ever used"
this is hands down the worst app i’ve ever used. it’s so unbelievably slow and full of glitches/ bugs. the app is completely unstable and beyond infuriating. their machines aren’t much better so not sure why i’m surprised but be aware what garbage this app is and save yourself the frustration.

This app alerts you when your laundry is done. You can add money in the app easily. There are a few of UX issues.

1. No saving of favorites for the machine on your floor.

2. Asks you which was vended top or bottom for the wash or dry.

3. Often asks for the account to be updated.

Having problems with the dryer I had to run it a second time and it’s only half way full

### ****- "Great for when it counts, but…"
It works seamlessly with ApplePay, and once you get past the quirks of getting your phone and a compatible laundry machine talking to each other slowly via Bluetooth this app just makes paying for laundry so easy. That said…

I don’t know if the following are problems with the app, with the machines in my building (or in general), or with the machines’ network connections…. or some combination of any/all of those. 

(1) the app simply cannot figure out when my building’s machines are in use. That means I still need to go to the laundry room are available instead of checking before I go. 

(2) this may be mostly the washing machines, but the app regularly notifies me my cycles are done about five minutes s too early. 

(3) this however is 100% the app. I keep getting notifications that the app requires an update. It never needs a software update. Opening the app does nothing and indicates nothing that could be wrong. And my trending balance (which isn’t currently being spent) is fine. The app thinks there are problems when none exist. It’s irritating that it happens a couple times a week, but no more than irritating. 

None of these issues come close to breaking the app tho. By all means, use it if you can.

At 360 W 43rd St, NYC, this app is supposed to make things easier, but it does not. When scanning or entering the machine number manually, the app is unable to recognize the machine. Furthermore, I have been scammed several times while using the card on the machine; my card was charged without adding the time. So this whole company

Many times this app will charge you and then not start the machine, especially if youre in the process of paying and then you press cancel. Machines are broken one every month.

Two stars is generous. You can refill your balance and do your laundry. But the machine status hasn't worked in months. I reported it through the app and got a response that it's fixed, but nope. Still dead. Also, "vend" is not a transitive verb.
